Customer service is of the utmost importance. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return within 7 days from the date of purchase. Clients are responsible for the shipping costs. All custom orders are non refundable.
Repairs
We feel very strongly about standing behind our designs and workmanship and we know you will wear your “Jewels Just for You” as often as possible so, we know things can happen.
We warrantee our jewels for 6 months of normal wear and tear, but do regret if some stones are irreplaceable.
After 6 months time we will gladly fix your “Jewel” for a small fee.
